 Hello, if you're wondering who we are, we are Contractors Marketing, LLC. We established our company as the publisher of Remodeling & Building, a full color, in-depth reference book for the residential construction market.
With the shift from publishing to the Internet we decided to expand to reach an even larger customer base of homeowners in the Twin Cities and Central Minnesota. We provide easy to access information about each phase of the building process and most importantly we can connect you with some of the best contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and residential housing professional's in the marketplace.
The main difference that sets Contractors Central apart from all the other sites on the Internet is the way I work; because the companies I work with have all been recommended through reliable and dependable contractors and suppliers. My direct relationship with these contractors and suppliers, personal involvement with the local builders association, industry knowledge, and real-life marketing experience sets me apart from everyone else. I have been actively involved in the Central Minnesota Builders Association since 1997 and have known many of these contractors listed for well over a decade.
Through my immediate involvement recruiting members to join the builders association I was quickly accepted into the prestigious Spike Club. Then in 1999, I received the CMBA "Spike Rookie of the Year" award for being the new Spike member to sponsor the most businesses to join the association that year. In 2005 I received the "Life Spike" award and was also the second top recruiter in the State of MN.
I have sponsored and retained well over 165 businesses that have become members of the Builders Association of Minnesota and in 2010 I earned my "Royal Spike" status as an active long-term member of the CMBA Spike Club. I was honored with the "Extra Mile Award" in 2011 for volunteering my time to membership involvement and continually going the distance for the association and the building industry.
It is my mission in life to help market and promote the local Mom & Pop businesses who have built this part of the country with their hard work, determination and relentless dedication to their customers and the communities in which they live.
